Take the King! takes players on a unique journey through a world where the traditional rules of chess have been broken. The once majestic chessboard, a symbol of order and strategy, lies in ruins. In this reimagined puzzle game, players must navigate through a variety of non-standard chessboards, each presenting its own set of challenges and obstacles.

As the game progresses, the challenges become more complex and devious. Players must master the art of manipulating the chessboard to their advantage, using the pieces’ abilities to overcome obstacles and outsmart adversaries. Along the way, they may encounter powerful enemies that guard the secrets of the shattered chessboard, requiring careful strategy and skillful execution.

The crumbling kingdom is filled with twisted maze-like structures, deep chasms, and mysterious ruins. To progress, players must strategically move the King and other pieces, taking into account the unique properties of each chessboard. Some squares may teleport the pieces, while others may be unstable and collapse under their weight. Players must think carefully and plan their moves in advance to navigate the hazards and reach their goal.
